Platform Usage Guide
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the apa7th platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the apa7th platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the apa7th platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and apa7th as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any terms update is deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for checking this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account Creation & Security
To use apa7th's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. apa7th will never request your password through any communication channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
All users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the apa7th platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is true and accurate.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Apa7th users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their place of residence. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, system manipulation, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apa7th platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or manipulate the platform's security systems.
- Sharing your account details with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Using funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering activities.
- Spreading false information, harassing other users, or acting in a manner that damages the reputation of the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the apa7th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. apa7th reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. apa7th is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Any issues with unprocessed deposits must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
For withdrawals, your account must have completed full identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your apa7th account. apa7th reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance purposes before processing any withdrawal. Minimum values and withdrawal limits apply and can be checked on the FAQ.
All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by platform policy. apa7th reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Apa7th provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. apa7th shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
All content, logos, brand names, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the apa7th platform are the intellectual property of apa7th or parties who have licensed them to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from apa7th.
The apa7th platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. apa7th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Apa7th reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or where apa7th determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited at apa7th's discretion.
Apa7th reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the apa7th platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
